We are going to be in a PARADE!! This day will be interesting we will start off at 9:30 AM at Pat O'Brien's, decorate parasols and then participate in the parade. This will definitely be interesting.
Back to "proper dressy attire" this is our attire for the parade day...who the heck dresses up for a parade unless your the prom queen. It actually states "proper dressy attire/comfortable shoes recommended" which is an oxymoron if you ask me.

Happy Holidays!
I'm pretty sure I have holiday coasters for every holiday :) 1st time building a gingerbread house. The windows were the hardest part...which is why they are sagging.
The theme of our trees is snow flakes. Which is slightly odd because I have never really seen snow & I don't think I would really enjoy it either. I hate being cold. Ha!

Home Sweet Home
She's the Goalie. Mandarin 2 Sandlewood 0. Yay, they won! Modeling her new Snuggie.
Saturday, we headed to my mom's work to visit their Festival of Trees. Below are a few of my favorites. In case you can't tell..this is supposed to be a person laying down in a beach chair.
My favorite! The dog rescue group's tree.
Doggie Angel on top!
Close up: I love how they spray painted Milk Bones and hung them from the tree! All the dogs featured on the tree are dogs that they have found homes for this year :)

Chocolate Dipped Ritz Crackers
Seriously, the easiest and yummiest cookies to make!
1 box Ritz crackers
1 jar peanut butter
1 pkg. chocolate coating (follow pkg. directions for melting)
Put peanut butter between 2 Ritz crackers. Dip sandwich in chocolate. Let set on wax paper. To quicken hardening, place in freezer for a few minutes.
They taste very similar to a Girl Scout Tagalog cookie.
