Did y'all know that August is National Peach Month? In honor of that, here is the easiest peach cobbler recipe ever. You could make it in your sleep. Seriously.
2 large cans of sliced peaches
1 box yellow cake mix
2 sticks of butter
Drain 1 can of peaches only. Add both cans to a 9x13 pan and spread evenly. Spread dry cake mix evenly over peaches. Cut butter in slices and dot over top.
Bake at 350 for 45-1 hour until top is golden
Let cool


I made a dump cake this week that was very similar to this. But, it had apple pie filling instead of the cans of peaches. It was delicious with vanilla ice cream!

ReplyDeleteOkay - I made this last night. SO easy. Stephen couldn't stop laughing because it was so easy. We ate some before bed while it was still warm - it was a gooey, delicious mess. He had some for breakfast and said it was even better. Thanks Kristin!
